WHEN THE FRANCHISEE DOES STARTS PAYING THE FEE?
Once the documents have been approved the franchise needs to sign the Memorandum of Agreement and 50% down Payment.
WHAT PRODUCT WILL BE SOLD IN THE FRANCHISE OUTLET? AT WHAT PRICE SHOULD THE PRODUCT BE SOLD?
Franchisor is only allowed to sell products that are approved by the Franchisee; any products sold that are not within the menu of IGLU would be removed from the outlet immediately. Price could vary from location to location, a letter should be forwarded and approval is required before affectivity of the change of desired price.
HOW WILL FRANCHISOR ENSURE QUALITY?
IGLU will assure quality by regular visits on all franchised outlet to ensure that the franchisee continues to comply with the standard operating procedure of IGLU.
IS DELIVERY FREE FOR PRODUCT ORDER?
For Cebu based customers, a minimum order of P3,000.00 is required for free delivery. Franchisee could pick up their order if minimum order is not achieved. For nearby provinces minimum order is not applicable but has to shoulder shipping fees to the location.
WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE FRACHISE AGREEMENT?
Franchise Agreement is good for three (5) years, renewable with a renewal fee for another five (5) years. Negotiable upon submission of Letter of Intent.
HOW WILL YOU DELIVER THE CART, PRODUCTS, AND EQUIPMENTS TO OTHER PROVINCES?
Franchisee will shoulder the freight charges and airfare for the personnel to assist during the training, set up and opening day of the outlet. The franchisee will also shoulder any shipment charge going to the location.
HOW MANY FRANCHISED OUTLETS CAN A SINGLE FRANCHISEE OWN?
A single franchisee can own multiple outlets and should be able to handle and manage all outlets equally.
